In 2023, we designed and then manufactured a complex electrical harness for our new Client – Iron Yak. This local startup has a mission to create the highest-quality off-road trailer, providing comfort even during adventures in completely wild terrain.
Upon receiving the Client's inquiry, a team of specialists began by analyzing the electrical schematic proposed by the Client. Based on this, OmegaOne engineers designed the electrical harness, working partially at the company and at times together with the Iron Yak team in their headquarters.
Throughout the project, numerous changes in the trailer’s functions required continuous refinement of the prototype. Our team of engineers and designers, recognizing the dynamic nature of this process, flexibly adapted the technical documentation to accommodate requested modifications. In practice, this meant close collaboration with the Client, regular consultations, and a prompt response to new requirements.
Ultimately, we produced a harness consisting of five parts, assembled in a strictly defined sequence. We carefully selected components so that the Client could order them from any electrical or automotive wholesaler. Most importantly, at every stage, we ensured the highest quality and functionality of our product, allowing future trailer users to enjoy the best possible final product.
