For one of our Clients, we designed a custom robotic processing station. Our R&D team developed all associated workstations using a Mitsubishi robotic arm.
The robot picks components from a container and moves them sequentially to:
\\ Two processing stations, where the production process takes place
\\ A measurement station, performing a 100% dimensional quality inspection
After measurement, each component is passed to the operator, who solders an electrical harness onto it.
The entire process is supported by software that collects real-time quality data, providing continuous monitoring and ensuring process reliability.
For another Client, we designed and built a carousel for shrinking heat-shrink sleeves. It’s an energy-efficient solution that utilizes infrared radiation.
The device is simple and effective to use:
\\ The operator mounts wires in dedicated holders.
\\ The wires enter a high-temperature chamber.
\\ They exit perfectly sealed by heat-shrink sleeves and drop directly into a container, ready for further assembly.
To streamline the wiring assembly process for our Client’s final product, we designed and constructed a conveyor line equipped with dedicated soldering stations. At the initial station, an Operator places components, which then move to soldering stations where four solder points are completed automatically. Our production line efficiently solders two wire contacts and two shield braid contacts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
To simplify and speed up assembly, our R&D team developed a specialized production workstation for installing Wago connectors. A linear feeder delivers components directly to the Operator, while an actuator presses the spring-loaded Wago connector. Simultaneously, an LCD screen displays clear instructions indicating the correct wire color for placement, making the assembly process fast, intuitive, and error-free.
